The work
Roofing is unforgiving, because you cannot see most of it and you only find out it was wrong when a ceiling stains. Roofs fail at the edges, the valleys and the upstands, not in the middle of a nice flat run. That detailing is the part we take our time over.
The structure comes from the same team
Joists, firrings and cut roofs are our carpentry. The covering goes onto something we built and know is right.
Warm roofs built as warm roofs
Insulation above the deck, correct falls, no cold bridge and no trapped moisture. It costs a little more, and it is the reason the roof lasts.
Edges and upstands detailed properly
Flashings, verges and abutments are where water actually gets in. They get the time the middle of the roof does not need.

We are based in Wareham, Dorset and take on roofing across Wareham, Swanage, Corfe Castle, Wool, Wimborne, Upton, Broadstone, Poole, Canford Cliffs, Sandbanks and Bournemouth. If you are just outside that, ask anyway. We travel for the right job.

Once you approve the quote we get to work, to the schedule we agreed, with an update from us every week.

Where a repair is genuinely the right answer, yes, and we will say so. Where a roof is at the end of its life we will tell you that too, rather than take your money for patching it.
A properly built warm roof with an EPDM membrane should give you 25 years or more. The failures you hear about are almost always old felt roofs or bad detailing at the edges.
Yes. Roofs are stripped in sections and made watertight the same day, so weather is a scheduling problem rather than a reason to wait until spring.
For anything beyond a small repair, yes. It is included in the quote rather than added on later.
