The work
The reason so many garden buildings look tired after five years is that they were built like sheds and sold like rooms. A garden office you can work in every January needs a proper base, real insulation, a roof that drains and a floor that does not move. That is a building, not a flat pack.
The base is done properly
Levels, drainage and a base sized for the building. Almost everything that goes wrong with garden rooms starts underneath them.
Insulated for year-round use
Walls, floor and roof insulated to habitable-room standard, so it is usable in February rather than only in July.
It ties into the garden
Patios, steps, decking and planting are part of the job. A good garden room stops looking like an object dropped on the lawn.

Planning
Contact our team and let us know which service you need. We visit you on site, look at any existing plans, share ideas and get a plan in place for the work.
Detailed Quote
We provide a prompt quotation including all costs and an estimated schedule, itemised so you can see exactly what you are paying for.
Building
Once the quotation has been accepted we get to work, to the schedule you agreed, with an update from us every week.
Final Checks
We carry out final checks and sign off once the work has been approved. We also provide post-completion support, so if you need anything further, just give us a call.

If something here is not covered, ask us on the call. We would rather answer it before you commit to anything.
Usually not, provided it stays under 2.5 metres high near a boundary and does not cover more than half the garden. We check the specifics for your plot before quoting.
That is what we build them for. Insulation, glazing and heating are specified for winter use, not for a summer house.
Power yes, coordinated with an electrician as part of the job. Water and drainage are possible but depend on where the existing connections are.
Yes, and it is a common job. Swapping a conservatory for a properly insulated room usually gains you a space you actually use all year.
