The work
Renovation is the least predictable kind of building work, because nobody really knows what is behind the plaster until it is off. What separates a good renovation from a bad one is not luck, it is what happens in the first week: opening things up properly, pricing what is actually there, and telling you straight away rather than three weeks later.
We open up before we promise
Where a wall or floor is hiding something, we get it open early. It is far cheaper to find a rotten joist in week one than in week six.
Kitchens and bathrooms built, not just fitted
We do the first fix, the units, the worktops and the tiling ourselves, so there is nobody to blame when the tolerances do not line up.
The house stays liveable
We phase the work, dust-screen the openings and keep water and power on wherever we can. You should not have to move out to have a room redone.

We are based in Wareham, Dorset and take on renovations across Wareham, Swanage, Corfe Castle, Wool, Wimborne, Upton, Broadstone, Poole, Canford Cliffs, Sandbanks and Bournemouth. If you are just outside that, ask anyway. We travel for the right job.

Planning
Contact our team and let us know which service you need. We visit you on site, look at any existing plans, share ideas and get a plan in place for the work.
Detailed Quote
We provide a prompt quotation including all costs and an estimated schedule, itemised so you can see exactly what you are paying for.
Building
Once the quotation has been accepted we get to work, to the schedule you agreed, with an update from us every week.
Final Checks
We carry out final checks and sign off once the work has been approved. We also provide post-completion support, so if you need anything further, just give us a call.

Yes. We take on single kitchens and bathrooms as readily as whole houses. Smaller jobs sometimes wait a little longer for a slot in the schedule.
Regularly. That includes the fire compliance work, the en-suites and kitchenettes, and the shared spaces. We have completed several across Poole and Bournemouth.
We stop, show you, price it and agree it before carrying on. You will never find out about extra work from the final invoice.
Usually yes. Tell us which rooms you cannot lose and we will phase around them. A full strip-out of a small flat is the one case where moving out is easier.
