The work
A new build is the only job where every decision is still open, which is exactly why so many of them go wrong. Foundations, drainage and the structural shell set the ceiling on how good everything after them can be. We build in that order, properly, and we do not move on until the stage underneath is right.
Groundworks are not an afterthought
Levels, drainage and foundations get the same attention as the kitchen. Everything above ground depends on them, and they are the one thing you can never go back and fix cheaply.
The shell is built by our own carpenters
Timber framing, joists and cut roofs are our trade. The structure is set out by the people who understand what the finish has to sit on.
One team all the way to handover
You are not handed between a groundworker, a shell contractor and a fit-out firm. The same people are on site at footings and at handover.

Where we work
We are based in Wareham, Dorset and take on new builds across Wareham, Swanage, Corfe Castle, Wool, Wimborne, Upton, Broadstone, Poole, Canford Cliffs, Sandbanks and Bournemouth. If you are just outside that, ask anyway. We travel for the right job.

Planning
Get in touch and tell us what you need. We visit you on site, look at any existing plans and talk through your ideas. The visit costs you nothing.
Detailed Quote
A fully itemised quotation covering all costs and an estimated schedule, so you can see exactly what you are paying for. Free and with no obligation.
Building
Once you approve the quote we get to work, to the schedule we agreed, with an update from us every week.
Final Checks
We walk the job with you, snag anything outstanding and sign off together. If you need us afterwards, just call.

If something here is not covered, ask us on the call. We would rather answer it before you commit to anything.
Yes. Most new builds come to us with drawings already done. We read them properly before quoting and flag anything that will be difficult or costly to build, while there is still time to change it.
Sometimes. It depends what has been done already and whether it was done correctly. We will come and look, and we will be honest if the answer is no.
Anything from nine months to well over a year, depending on size, ground conditions and how quickly approvals come back. You get a stage-by-stage schedule rather than one vague end date.
We do, along with the structural calculations and the inspections at each stage. The completion certificate comes to you at the end.
