The work
Not every job is an extension. A lot of what we do is a wall that needs rebuilding, an opening that needs a steel, a drive that has sunk, or a garage that needs to look like it belongs. These are the jobs people struggle most to get a builder to turn up for, and they get the same quote, schedule and sign-off as anything else.

Structural work is calculated, not guessed
Openings, steels and lintels come with structural calculations and building control sign-off. Nothing gets cut into a wall on a hunch.

Brick, stone and mortar are picked to suit the building rather than what is cheapest on the merchant's shelf. Purbeck stone included.

Where we work
We are based in Wareham, Dorset and take on general building across Wareham, Swanage, Corfe Castle, Wool, Wimborne, Upton, Broadstone, Poole, Canford Cliffs, Sandbanks and Bournemouth. If you are just outside that, ask anyway. We travel for the right job.

Planning
Contact our team and let us know which service you need. We visit you on site, look at any existing plans, share ideas and get a plan in place for the work.
Detailed Quote
We provide a prompt quotation including all costs and an estimated schedule, itemised so you can see exactly what you are paying for.
Building
Once the quotation has been accepted we get to work, to the schedule you agreed, with an update from us every week.
Final Checks
We carry out final checks and sign off once the work has been approved. We also provide post-completion support, so if you need anything further, just give us a call.

No, though very small jobs sometimes wait for a gap in the schedule. Tell us what it is and we will be honest about when we could get to it.
Yes. We work with structural engineers on anything load-bearing, and the calculations go to building control as part of the job.
Yes, including Purbeck stone. We have faced whole buildings in it, and getting the mortar mix right matters as much as the stone itself.
We do. Footings, drainage and slabs for other contractors are a regular part of the work.
