Where we work
We are based in Wareham, Dorset and take on project management across Wareham, Swanage, Corfe Castle, Wool, Wimborne, Upton, Broadstone, Poole, Canford Cliffs, Sandbanks and Bournemouth. If you are just outside that, ask anyway. We travel for the right job.

Planning
Contact our team and let us know which service you need. We visit you on site, look at any existing plans, share ideas and get a plan in place for the work.
Detailed Quote
We provide a prompt quotation including all costs and an estimated schedule, itemised so you can see exactly what you are paying for.
Building
Once the quotation has been accepted we get to work, to the schedule you agreed, with an update from us every week.
Final Checks
We carry out final checks and sign off once the work has been approved. We also provide post-completion support, so if you need anything further, just give us a call.

No. It is part of every job we quote for, not an extra line at the end. The price you agree covers coordinating the trades, the materials and the sign-off.
Yes, and it is common. We work from the drawings you already have, and we will tell you early if anything on them is going to be awkward or expensive to build.
We do. We book the inspections, meet the inspector on site and hand you the completion certificate at the end.
That is our problem to solve, not yours. We use the same trades job after job precisely so it rarely happens, and we carry the schedule risk rather than passing it on to you.
